In collaboration with CoxHealth, Cox HealthPlans is proud to offer our members DirectConnect.
DirectConnect is a convenient, affordable way to receive basic care for simple medical conditions via live, secure video consultations with a licensed nurse practitioner. It is available from your computer, smartphone or mobile device.

Monday-Friday, 7:00 am – 10:00 pm
Saturday and Sunday, 10:00 am – 4:00pm
(Closed for special holidays)
